“Our host was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and spoke brilliant English. The course was very organised, she had already cooked the rice and prepared the fish, egg and seaweed so we just had to cool the rice and prepare the sushi. There was an informative video to start with. You can buy drinks while you make the sushi and she was happy to take photos of us which was kind. We also received a little gift at the end which was very thoughtful and touching. Highly recommend, was one of our favourite activities in Japan ☺️”
